This message is directed to S.D. and the City of Falmouth.

Let the record reflect, I have no involvement of any kind with Mr. Howard Froelicher. There is no financial relationship, business partnership, editorial collaboration, or shared objective between Mr. Froelicher and myself.

Mr. Froelicher has never participated in the operations of Whisper Networks LLC or The Falmouth Whisper in any capacity, formal or informal. He has no connection to any open records request we have submitted, past, present, or future.

Any attempt to attach his name to my organization’s work is factually baseless and serves only to mislead and deflect from the actual public interest issues at hand.

We remain a fully independent, legally recognized news organization operating within the bounds of Kentucky law, with every open records request made in furtherance of our journalistic mission under KRS 61.870 et seq.

An appeal to the Kentucky Attorney General is currently being prepared regarding your denial, and another open records request will be submitted shortly.
