Falmouth, KY, Where the only thing that works as slow as the fire hydrants is the safety they attach to a job left undone.

I wonder how many kids walk that sidewalk every day?
Falmouth… today’s report card is an F for failure.
This has been a few days now. This is the Liberty and Fifth St area.
Wonder why the only thing that says “caution” is the stop sign?
