I wish we were joking about this. We got more information about the NPFD run last night where the patient had to drive themselves. We have heard from a couple sources that instead of attending to this call , the ambulance was at Taco Bell. This patient was having chest pains. This patient could have had a heart attack and they had to drive themselves. We also have on good authority this similar thing has happened in the past. Maybe not Taco Bell but it is just not acceptable.
I love me some Taco Bell. I think a life is more important. What about you Falmouth? NPFD might just need disbanded if this is what we can expect. Mismanagement to the core and Taco Bell. Now we know.
