But let’s be real. The danger from the low pressure hydrants and the ones with weak flow is still there. We need an infrastructure grant specifically aimed at the water pipes in this city. Someone mentioned the Army Corps of Engineers could be called in. Will you acknowledge it’s that serious, publicly? Because that’s exactly what the engineering report says.
