Now, before anyone gets their badges in a twist, this is strictly rumor. Town talk. Whispers.
But here’s the thing:
Five, maybe six different people have whispered this one our way. And when whispers start fluttering from multiple directions, it’s worth paying attention.
So let’s ask the question out loud:
Why are we hearing that a Falmouth officer illegally obtained a key to a resident’s room at the Bedford House, and then proceeded to beat him up?
And yet no charges filed? No accountability? No consequences? Funny how that works around here.
This isn’t confirmed. Not yet. But we’ll be digging.
